THE VILLA

 

The modern villa was built in 2017 and has all the luxury you need. There is room for 7 people.

THE ROOMS
 

There are three air-conditioned large bedrooms; one is situated on the ground floor with a king size bed. A large window allows you to walk directly onto the pool and sun terrace. This room has an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, a bath, a shower, electric towel heater and hair dryer. 

​

Two other bedrooms are situated on the first floor; one with a  king size bed and the other with a double bedand an extra high sleeper for a third person. Both rooms have access to the roof terrace. A second bathroom is located on the first floor, including a large shower and toilet, electric towel heater and hair dryer. 

​

A seperate toilet is situated on the ground floor.

​

There is closet space in every room.

THE SURROUNDINGS
 

Small grocery stores are within walking disctance; a large supermarket is only a 10 minute drive away (Caldas Da Rainha). The village of Foz offers nice restaurants to have a coffee, eat lunch or enjoy a cosy diner.

​

The beach is only 15 minutes away by foot. The famous Laguna of Obidos offers a nice sand beach, water sports and a swim area. Beach bars offers a wide range of drinks and snacks.

 

Great surf spots are located just an half hour away (Peniche, Balleal, Ferrel, Ericeira).

​

Touristic spots worth to visit are Obidos, Nazaré, Sao Martinho do Porto, Fatima and the UNESCO heritage of Sintra. Also Lisbon (100km) and Porto (230km) are easy to reach by car.
